Mixed gases station for coke ovens

PRISMA Impianti supplied a mixed gases station to a steel complex for their coke ovens battery. The station can mix the natural gas, blast furnace gas, and coke oven gas. The calorific value of the incoming gases is measured, based on this value, the control system adds the right amount of natural gas.
 
In this way, the burners can work in the most efficient manner, without excess or lack of air.
